Recipe for Cowboy Sandwich:

*Potato Latke*

1 Onion
4 potatoes
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Pan
Oil

*Smashed Patties*

500 Grams Mince
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Spice

*Cowboy Butter*

200 Grams Butter
Handful of Chopped Parsley
Handful of Chopped Chives
3 Cloves of Garlic
30 ml Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon of Paprika
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

4 Eggs Fried with Aromat to Taste

*Everything on/in the Sandwich*

Panini Roll
Jalapeño & Garlic Mayo
Smashed Beef Patty
2 Slices of Cheese
1 Slice of Turkey
Latke
Avo
Salt & Pepper to taste
Fried Egg
Cowboy Butter

*Ingredients*

- 5 Medium Potatoes 🥔
- ⁠1 Large White Onion 🧅
- ⁠Salt🧂
- ⁠Breadcrumbs 🥖
- ⁠2 Large Eggs 🥚

Peel your potatoes and your onion and grate both separately. In a bowl, put the grated onion and potatoes in and add a teaspoon of salt! Once mixed, put that into a dishcloth and strain all the liquid from the potatoes and onion.

Once all liquid has been strained, add 2 eggs and about half a cup of breadcrumbs. Mix well and then shape your Latkes.

Once Latkes are shaped, heat up oil on a pan and fry till golden brown!

Ps, my family always add a touch of Aromat once they are resting!
